Yoga classes combines sitting for meditation, breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asana) and relaxation.
Throughout the practice we will pay attention to the breath, workout while being attentive and respectful to the body, allow a space for words and a space for silence.
The muscles get stronger, the joints move, the posture gets better, the blood flows, the nervous system is balanced throughout the practice and with time also after leaving the class.
Energy and vitality levels are up along with the opportunity to gain peace and relaxation. Yoga practice allows movement, accuracy, silence and a glance inwards.
The bonds between the various aspects of the practice, such as the physical aspect, the energetic aspect, the philosophy of yoga, the inwards attention and the conscious breathing , are created and formed during the classes and allows a full comprehensive practice.
